What did you like most about Sri Lanka?
Beautiful countryside, birds, plants & animals.
Hospitality and friendliness.
Curd & trickle.
What did you like least about Sri Lanka?
Vehicle pollution in towns & villages.
Safari experience completely spoilt by too many vehicles [Yala West National Park].
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
Generally very comfortable.
Only gripe – Headmaster’s Room at The Fort Printers [Galle] had difficult steps down to door to anteroom & bathroom (accident waiting to happen) & anteroom over the kitchen so extra hot! It was a lovely looking room though - & bed very comfy!
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Very punctual, polite, extensive knowledge, considerate. Can’t recommend him highly enough! [Niroshan]
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Spacious, very comfy in Business Class [SriLankan Airlines].
Outgoing service a bit haphazard – but all fine on way back.
Generally good.
Any other comments?
Tikalanka put together a wonderful programme for us – well balanced & varied, and with the added bonus of meeting and partying with the Directors and their entourage!
