All good.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Kapila was first class and a bonus because of his wildlife knowledge. Good English and understood well – very much above average.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Good. [SriLankan Airlines – Business Class]
Any other comments?
Service is very friendly but slow and many people give impression they understand you – but they don’t. All Sri Lankans would do better by speaking more slowly.
Road journeys were much longer than expected and driving was dreadful – but Kapila was safe.
We thought [Ceylon] Tea Trails Norwood Bungalow [Adam’s Peak] was exceptional and very well run.
If we did the trip again, we would stay 1 day less in Kandy, 1 more at Norwood and Aditya [Galle].
