We're safely home after a wonderful holiday and excellent flights (Air India, arranged independently).
Our third visit to Sri Lanka with Tikalanka.
Decided to visit again after seeing a programme about Sri Lanka railways. [Unfortunately, the Hill Country railway network was suspended during John and Helen's visit due to landslides caused by Cyclone Ditwah last November, so their planned train trips from Colombo to Nuwara Eliya (Nanuoya) and Nanuoya to Badulla were substituted by scenic road transfers.]
Probably our last visit. [We appreciate that time moves on but we have really enjoyed showing you the richness and variety of the island during your visits with us. You have been incredibly loyal and passionate customers over many years, and we always looked forward to our regular meetings at the Destinations Holiday and Travel Show in London!]
