What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
We were very pleased with the standard of accommodation, and would return to all but one of the hotels.
The only issue we had was at The Other Corner [Habarana], where we had to change rooms because of a problem with the water in the room above us. The second room was nowhere near as nice as the first room. Other than this the location, staff and food were very good at TOC.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Ravi was excellent. He was knowledgeable, informative and enthusiastic and gave us space where we wanted it.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?

Any other comments?
We had a wonderful visit and really did enjoy Sri Lanka and will certainly visit again in the future. Highlights for us were climbing Sigiriya, the walk to Worlds End, the train journey to Ella and the safaris, especially as we saw a leopard at Yala.
All of the logistics were handled brilliantly.
I am not sure if it was just Emirates, but we were not given landing cards on the plane and when we got into the airport, there was no real indication that we needed to complete immigration forms. We assumed that as we had ETA’s (which have all the same info as the immigration form) that we did not need to complete them. It might be helpful to make this clearer to future clients that this will need to be completed on arrival and that they will need to address in Sri Lanka (which I appreciate you had provided, but we assumed was only needed for the ETA).
